EYESPIRATION is The Way (Dao) to unrestricted awareness using ancient Taoist and buddhist philosophy and modern imaging like smartphone photography, reawakening the sense of wonder. Aren't we all looking for a manual to free ourselves of mind-numbing, predigested, media-generated views of reality?

Life coach and visual consultant Melanie has been working on the Eyespiration method with groups and face-to-face sessions since 2013. Participants use a smartphone or mirrorless or dslr camera, or they can take a 'mind picture'. How to experience your 'photography zen'. There are many similarities with mindfulness, meditation, and with the way how children view the world.

Melanie lives in Breda, the Netherlands with her husband and two sons and was born in Bakel, the Netherlands 1971. Bachelor in Fine Art Photography (AKV St. Joost, Breda the Netherlands 1996). At the moment she studies for a Bachelor's degree in psychology.
