Natalie sent me an email stating a return is required but would return the shipping and handling that I paid.I purchased new hat then Natalie’s story changed said it was an outdated email she had sent. The $6 isn’t the issue, the fact that a company changes its story and didn’t see that it would be to their benefit to return $6 to a customer that just spent $170 is what is wrong with companies these days.POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!
